Disappeared

is the new word I added to my vocabulary today, and I learned it in the best possible context. We made Resurrection Rolls at Community Bible Study. Amazingly, on the way home, I retold the process of making the rolls with great detail - including the words "disappeared" and "olive oil." We used jumbo marshmallows (which were pure and white representing Jesus) and covered them with oil and spices (olive oil and cinnamon). We placed them inside a crescent roll (the tomb) and sealed them tightly. After baking them, we were surprised to bite into them and find that the marshmallow had disappeared! It was a delicious analogy that helped me understand a difficult story. Thank you God for CBS!
